How to Raise a Complaint

A friendly local provider checking a kitchen pipe for a homeowner in Pevely

Last updated: October 2026

We want each homeowner who reaches Findingcharged Plumbing to be treated fairly and honestly. If something went wrong, tell us. This page shows how to raise a complaint and what to expect afterward. It is a general template and is not legal advice.

Topics You Can Raise

You can write to us about:

  • Your experience when you called or contacted Findingcharged Plumbing
  • The way your personal information was handled
  • Anything on this site that looks unclear or wrong
  • How a plumber we connected you with behaved

If the Problem Is With a Provider

Plumbers in our network are independent businesses. They answer for their own estimates, prices, work and customer service. If you have a problem with work done in your home, the usual first step is to take it up with the plumber directly and keep a written record.

We still want to hear about it. Feedback about providers helps us keep our network honest. A provider that repeatedly falls short of what we expect may be removed from the network. Please know that Findingcharged Plumbing cannot settle contract disputes, refund money for a provider's work or make decisions for a provider.

Sending Us Your Complaint

Email contact@findingcharged.living and include:

  • Your name and a way to reach you
  • The date you contacted us or the plumber
  • The phone number you called or the form you used, if you remember
  • The plumbing provider's name, if you know it
  • A clear account of what happened and what outcome you hope for

After You Write

We will confirm we received your complaint by email, usually within a few business days. We will look into what happened, which may mean contacting the provider. Then we will write back with what we found and any steps we are taking.

Still Unhappy?

If our reply does not satisfy you, answer it and ask us to take another look. You may also contact your state's consumer protection office or attorney general, or your local Better Business Bureau. For concerns about plumbing work itself, your state or local plumbing licensing board may be able to help.
